Installation
ECS has installation services in most major metropolitan areas. For certain hardware such as POS terminals, ECS can process an application, program a terminal, and ship direct to the customer within 48 hours. For ATM’s, in most cases, delivery and installation are completed within days of placing an order. ATM installation includes unpacking the ATM, proper placement of the ATM, and securing and programming the ATM. ECS will even ensure your ATM signage is properly displayed. In addition, ECS can arrange for communication lines with all major carriers through TCP/IP, cellular wireless or standard telephone lines.
Maintenance
ECS understands and appreciates that equipment not in working order quickly translates to customer dissatisfaction. Our trained maintenance technicians bring years of experience and hundreds of hours of training to keep your equipment in proper working order. We pride ourselves on delivering fast and friendly service with a commitment to “getting it right the first time”. Our technicians are certified on all major platforms including Hyosung, Verifone, Tranax, Tidel, Triton, Valid, and NCR. ECS offers simple maintenance programs covering the cost of upgrades, supplies, and immediate “no questions asked” replacement of faulty equipment.
Armored and Vault Cash Services
Through our combined cash management, replenishment, and delivery service, ECS manages all aspects of funds management on behalf of the merchant. This includes services such as cash replenishment, cash delivery by
secure and insured armored vehicles, development of a replenishment schedule based on usage, and reconciliation.
Monitoring
ECSoffers a proprietary system that provides transaction monitoring designed to minimize downtime. This includes monitoring ATM cash usage and ATM error codes. We also offer fraud detection and monitoring for credit and debit card payments. These services allow us to safely and securely protect our merchants.
