Installation
Installation is all part of the solution we provide. It is important that when a customer buys equipment, it works like it is designed to work. We understand the technology and the communication requirements of the products we sell. It is important that when you are purchasing equipment, you understand the expertise of the staff that will handle installation and deployment. ECS has installation services in most major metropolitan areas. In most cases, we are able to install customer’s equipment within 5 days or ordering.
On simpler items and products like a POS terminal, we are able to process your application, download and program a terminal and ship direct to the customer within 48 hours.
ECS can also arrange for communication lines that include TCP/IP or Voice with the major carriers.
Maintenance
In simple terms, downed equipment loses money and makes your customers unhappy. ECS specializes in keeping your equipment up and running smoothly to build customer satisfaction and increase transaction revenue. Our maintenance technicians have a complete understanding of all ATM, POS, and peripheral hardware and software applications, bringing years of experience and hundreds of hours of training to keep your equipment in peak condition. What’s more, we pride ourselves on delivering fast and friendly service, with a constant goal of “getting it right the first time.” Our technicians are versed and certified on most platforms including Hyosung, Verifone, Tranax, Tidel, Triton, Valid, and NCR.
ECS offers simple maintenance programs, in which we cover the costs of upgrades, all supplies, immediate “no questions asked” swap of faulty equipment, and regular scheduled routine maintenance.

Monitoring
ECS has an in-house system that does complete transaction monitoring for our customers. This monitoring includes monitoring cash usage of the ATMs, and also potential fraud detection when customers are presenting Credit and Debit cards for payment. The support group will contact you, as a courtesy, to inform you of irregular use or possible problematic transactions.
In addition, the monitoring service will dial into the equipment and take assessments of the equipment, the functionality and also the resources available. |
